2009 10U Cary Crush Girls Fastpitch Softball Coach   Jim Rathe has been playing or coaching fastpitch softball since 1990.  He played the last few years with Blackhawk Athletic Club in Rockford, IL where in 2000 they finished in the top 20 Class A men's National Tournament in Fargo, North Dakota.  They also finished in the top 25 Class A men's National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas in 2001.  In June of 1996 he was the Janesville Men's Fastpitch Tournament All-Star batting .867.    He has been a Cary Crush coach since the inception of the program while coaching each of his 3 daughters teams in the CYB muppet and midget level girls softball progam in Cary, Illinois.
	2009 10U Cary Crush Girls Fastpitch Softball Coach Brian Isola is honored to be coaching for Cary Crush.  He has been coaching and directing Adult and Youth sport programs for over 13 years.  He has spent the last 8 years Head Coaching Girls Softball, Directing, and Umpiring for Cary Youth Baseball.  The last two seasons Brian had the privilege coaching Cary’s 8U and 9U Girls Softball All Star teams.  Brian played Division I Baseball at SIU Carbondale.  He has played and coached on numerous nationally recognized Baseball and Softball teams.      Brian believes the Cary Crush organization is built around families sharing the same values Promoting and Teaching our daughters the fundamentals of the great game of softball.  By stressing the importance of TEAM Concepts we build Character and Skill Sets our daughters can carry with them for life.
